About Us |
Don Chapman, Broker/Owner | Don lives in Pueblo with his wife Lynn of 39 years. Kelly, their oldest of four children, graduated from the University of Denver and lives on the island of Saipan. His daughter Jenny graduated from Colorado College and teaches English in Colorado Springs. His sons Josh and Ben are both currently employed by Metro Brokers.
Don graduated from the University of Kansas in 1962 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. After seven years of being employed as an engineer in the missile industry, he went to Davenport, Iowa, to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. After 20 years of successful Chiropractor practice here in the state of Colorado, Don retired from Chiropractic in 1992.
Don throughout his adult life has been involved in many real estate transactions. Don brings to you the experience of being there as a buyer and seller of real property. Also, his background affords him the opportunity to offer his clients opinions on, and a unique insight perspective on, a variety of environmental issues. “People Do Not Care What You Say Until You Say That You Care” | Josh Chapman, Associate Broker | Josh received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management from Colorado State University-Pueblo. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with anticipated completion next spring. He obtained his Colorado Real Estate license in 1998 and became a business partner with Don. He purchased his current Pueblo West home in 2001. Josh enjoys many outdoor activities including riding ATVs, snowmobiles, Jet Skis and motorcycles. He has developed a strong mechanical knowledge and takes pride in repairing all types of recreational vehicles. He also takes pleasure in camping, GPS exploration and amateur wildlife photography. |  Ben Chapman, Associate Broker | Ben graduated from Colorado State University-Pueblo in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics with a Physics Minor. After graduation, Ben lived in Colorado Springs while working as an Electronics Manager for an office supply store and attending University of Colorado before returning to Pueblo.
Ben enjoys the interaction with people that Real Estate brings because it allows him to communicate with people throughout United States and Canada. Ben is proficient with computers and is always reading about new technologies coming out. He enjoys imagining what the future of technology will bring.
